*All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
* Orders are primarily shipped through USPS. On occasion we may ship orders UPS.
*For standard shipping orders ship within 10-12 business days after purchase.
Note: Some items (ie: Bridehive boxes) may take up to 20 business days to ship after purchase. Items that take longer to ship outside of our standard 10-12 business days are noted in the description section of the product page.
*During sales Ex: Black Friday & Holiday sales Please allow up to 12 business days for your order to be shipped.
*Domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. USPS priority mail will arrive to most zip codes within 3 business days.
*We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
For domestic orders the shipping rate is determined based on your order total.
*You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
Note: During holidays Ex: Black Friday & Christmas sales It's not uncommon for USPS to skip package scans when they're running behind in order to allow them to move packages quicker.
*We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.
*International packages we charge a flat rate of $39.99 USD.
*Bridehive is not responsible for additional shipping and/or customs charges incurred by customer when importing goods.
*If a package is returned to Bridehive due to unpaid charges, we will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.
WRONG ADDRESS/ REROUTED PACKAGES
*If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us there will be a reshipment fee due prior to reshipment.
*If an address error is made please email us as soon as possible after receiving your confirmation email. Once orders are shipped no changes can be made.
*Once the item is shipped we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. In this case, please contact USPS to make any address changes.
*If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be an error. Please contact your local post office.
*We do not manually input shipping addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another, please ensure shipping address is correct upon receiving order conformation email.
