Returns & Exchanges
Rest assured, we aim to please. If for some reason you don't fall head over heels with your purchase we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed & undamaged product. Below are the guidelines.
- Custom products are final and are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchanges unless the error was on our part (misspelling, wrong size). If changes are needed to your order or you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, please contact us immediately.
- Exchanges: For non customized products we allow exchanges. It's important to note that shipping costs are not covered by BrideHive unless the reason for the exchange was due to an error on our part. In those cases we will email you a return label or ship you a replacement.
- We're happy to process store credit refunds. Once the item is returned to us in the condition described below we will email the store credit code to you.
- Items need to be in the same condition as when it was received to be eligible for for a store credit or exchange.
- You have 7 days after delivery to return it.
- Please allow 5 business days after the item is returned for the the exchange/store credit to be processed.
- For exchanges a reshipment fee invoice(depends on item) will be sent to you which is due prior to the reshipment of the item(s).
